Hi All,
1 MINUTE MICROWAVE PALEO SANDWICH BREAD! This is my most most favorite breakfast .My tummy feels happy whenever I have this sandwich and not only for paleo diet , everyone can have this healthy breakfast without guilt.
1 minute microwave paleo sandwich bread recipe is below,

INGREDIENTS :
FOR BREAD :
Almond powder – 1/3 cup ( refer notes for almond powder)
Egg – 1 no.
Baking powder – 1/2 tsp.
Grated Coconut - 1 tsp.
Salt – 1/8 tsp.

FOR SANDWICH :
Tomato – 1 no.
Onions – 1/2 no.
Cucumber – 1/2 no.
Cheese – slices or spread 2 tsp.
Butter – 2 tsp.
METHOD :
  1. In a microwave safe bowl add almond powder ,salt , baking powder,coconut and mix well to ensure even mixing.

  2. Then crack open a egg and add it to bowl and mix well.

  3. In microwave mode bake for high heat for 1 minute.
  4. When tooth pick inserted it should come out clean.
  5. When done remove from oven and let the bread comedown to room temperature.
  6. Slice the bread to medium circles.
SANDWICH :
  1. Heat butter in a tawa ,place each bread slices and toast in both sides till golden brown.
  2. When done , remove from tawa , spread cheese , place sliced tomatoes , onions, cucumber or any vegs of your choice.

  3. Close with another bread slice and enjoy.

NOTES :
  1. Grind 1/3 cup of dry badam to fine powder , you can use instant almond powder too but fresh ground powder tastes better.

  2. Instead of vegs you can place chicken or meat as per your wish.
  3. Don't skip cheese , as it gives amazing taste to sandwich.

KADAMBA / KANAVA MASALA /SQUID FISH CURRY

Hi, Sea has lot of creatures in it that we can cook and we were much more unaware of many . Squid fish is one among the yummy species which I was totally unaware even after coming to Chennai.One day in market I saw them and surprised that they are selling octopus ( it looked like that to me :)). Then I surfed in net and found actually they are squid ( kadamba / kanava) and not octopus , My friend Saranya cooked this gravy for us during her visit to our home .I copied the recipe from her and tried next week itself.Though the squid fish looks very weird the taste was so yummy and there is no fish odor in that.It just tasted like mutton. The cleaning part is little tricky but easy, I suggest once you finished cleaning dispose the waste immediately out of your house as the waste from squid fish is very smelly and also it starts leaving water .So dispose the waste of squid as quick as possible.
